Reclaiming Attention: The Antidote to a Distracted and Divided World

In an age of distraction and division, our attention is our greatest source of power. Yet, most of us have never been trained to use it. Drawing on neuroscience, contemplative science, and two decades of teaching, Anu shares practical tools that can rewire the brain in as little as 18 days to build our capacity for clarity, compassion, connection, cooperation, and collaboration.

Your Attention: The Hidden Driver of Performance and Peace

Our distracted minds are costing us dearly, not just in focus, but in physical health, mental wellbeing, and financial performance. Through five evidence-based interventions, audiences learn to regain control of their time, focus, and energy—and, in doing so, their lives.

The Connected Mind: The Science of Belonging and the Art of Compassion

Despite living in the most connected era in history, rates of loneliness and disconnection are soaring. Through powerful stories, guided reflections, and practical prompts, Anu helps audiences reconnect to themselves and others, turning isolation into belonging and competition into compassion.

The Conscious Future: Harnessing AI Without Losing Our Humanity

Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we live and work, but the question isn’t whether AI will replace us. It’s whether we’ll remember what makes us human. Anu shows how we can collaborate with AI to address humanity’s greatest challenges while cultivating the one thing no algorithm can replicate: genuine human connection.

The Next Stage of Human Evolution: From Bias to Belonging

For most of human history, our brains have divided the world into “us” and “them.” This wiring once kept us safe, but today, it traps us in cycles of stress and separation. Through storytelling, neuroscience, and contemplative practice, Anu invites audiences to envision humanity’s next leap: to leave our world better than we found it.
